We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process voluntary item exchanges for change of mind, sizing miscalculations, or transit arrival delays. Please review our architectural measurement guides completely before committing to a transaction sequence.
Garment dimension matrices are listed explicitly on every collection segment. It is the responsibility of the acquiring party to verify physical fit criteria prior to initializing payment steps. Once a drop allocation is cleared, inventory allocations lock immediately.
Exceptions to this framework are strictly limited to verified structural defects or incorrect item sorting errors committed natively at our hub in Ghana. If your package arrives structurally compromised or mismatched:
— Take clear photographic evidence of the defect.
— Initialize a terminal claim via info@exclaimedge.com within 48 hours of carrier drop-off tracking confirmation.
— Do not alter, wash, or remove any original identity tags from the garment.
EXCLAMATIONEDGE is not liable for international shipments delayed or seized at global border entry points due to customs clearing processes. All custom tariffs and local entry updates fall completely under user overhead responsibilities.
